Daia Hatchett-Jackson, IMFT
Like many therapists, I work with a variety of people, from all walks of life, with various types of issues. Wellness coaching, as well as therapy in general, is an interactive process that involves your participation. It is a process that you need to trust and continuously work at, with the help of an experienced professional, in order to break through barriers that have prohibited you from making positive, lasting change in your life. I work with individuals, couples and families who strive to live an authentic lifestyle.
Sometimes families are resistant to change. It can be scary to navigate unchartered emotional territories that cause us to be hesitant of what could occur in therapy. However, therapy can bring about many rewards, and with this in mind, change is a good thing.
I offer fresh perspectives, coping skills and the tools necessary to help you and your family accomplish the authentic lifestyle change you seek. I provide a pleasant, positive and safe space to share your thoughts, fears, experiences and passions. We will work together to ensure that your lifestyle change improves your overall health, wellness and mindset.
